HI WE HAVE A E-STATION LINKED TO OUR DKS1500, THIS IS SET UP TO ORDER PRINTS TO THE ARCHIVE SYSTEM ON THE DKS. WHEN WE ORDER PRINTS WITH RED EYE CORRECTION YOU SEE IT CHANGE ON THE E-STATION BUT WHEN WE PULL THEM UP FROM THE ARCHIVE THE CORRECTION IS NOT RECORDED,ALTHOUGH IT HAS BEEN ACTIVATED IN THE E STATION SOFT WARE

ANY HELP PLEASE

ah ok. maybe some of your customer overlooked the cropping option :). anyway. you may consider cleaning either estation or dks pc for possible virus problem because some of our clients here use the same work flow as you do and we find no problem on that.

try to open the files received from E-station and use the tool under the work photo (you have cropping, vertical and horizontal tool  ) and there you find one button that when you press will restore every data from e-station.

Usualy this button is used when you record one cd with several different cropping and this will restore everything.
