Scanner Lamp Problems

Hi there,

Iv had this message come up on our Dlab 3 a couple of times in the last few days on boot up in the morning.

"Scanner lamp insufficient or light path blocked"

We have had this problem before, but nailed it down to the phillips globes we had, so went back to using Osram globes and haven't had a problem since...Until lately..

The above message will come up on start up, however the lamp is in perfect condition, filters are brand new and clean and all optics are spotless. after doing a mandatory restart of the system once or twice with same error it will work fine and work all day with no problems.

Looking in our error list though and we have "FL: Supply voltage +15 out of tolerance, ignore message during reset"

Any ideas??

Nick
