QSS 3001- ARCNET comm error,image proccessing pcb-

Hello all, can any one be of help;our qss3001 is given the following error messages: ARCNET communication error,image processing pcb-6901-0080 and LVDS communication error,image processing pcb-6902-1040.as soon as this message comes up printing will cease or printing will be very very slow.If error is cleared it will make two blank prints.please  come to aid down time this season.will be very greatful for all assistance.thank you all.  Enwan M.

It will be problem with image processing pcb or power suppy. Check pcb power supply voltages, rams ( are well fitted modules on the board ). Also look which leds lit on image processing pcb.

Hello, minilab, thanks for your advice, well, i have changed all the three RAMS on the image processing pcb, then there was little steady printing after a while same error messages comes up,pls how can i locate the power pcb of the image processing pcb,so that can check all the fuses before further action to get a new image processing pcb.thanks, best regards. You should also reconnect the connector on J/P72 of Image processing pcb & J/P151 at the back of QSS3001(PC)
