Mr Noritsu
I'd try swapping the yellow aom for another one and see what happens. looks laser/aom related. Might also be worth going through and plugging/unplugging every lead on every board, as well as blowing out any dust while you are doing it. Good luck, and keep us informed. Who repaired the laser unit? I suspect the problem is caused by the repaired blue laser being out of specification and is generating optical noise. Have a read of this http://laserepair.info/cheap.shtml

Dave S
It means the quality of the blue laser diode used to repair your laser is not very good, when it becomes unstable you get a problem on your prints. In this situation the machine will not give you any error messages. The solution is to get your laser unit repaired properly. Have a look here http://www.minilabhelp.com/forum/Blah.pl?m-1236604262/s-0/ You basically get what you pay for!
LASEREPAIR
"Type B/B1 optical noise" theme will be popping up forever unless people finally understood that "screwdrivers guys" can not make proper repairs of this type, neither for $50 nor $15,000. Original component should be used as replacement and proper adjustment of Cross-PCB is required. Thank you, DaveS, for your confidence!
