Hello,

Recently, i had a paper jam, and because of that the metal plate from the printer head got damaged.... after investigating i understood that i had too remove the plate in order to avoid the scratches and more damage!

So after removing the damaged plate from the head .. i put everything back...

But.....

The print suffer of quality....

The nozzle check, is not complete, one raw is good, and in the second raw, on the 6th collumn[magenta] is missing complete in the drawing.... i did several head cleaning, also power head cleaning, also power head cleaning 2. No improvments!!!

IF i print a normal picture... it has overall an opacity line on top [half of centimeter wide] repeteatly.....

Basically i feel that is not supplying enough Magenta trought the nozzles, also the nozzle check confirms that....

The only thing what i did not try is a cleaning cartrige.. i do if would help... also i did not found any specifics how to use it...

Any ideeas what to try more?

Thank you

Regards
