You haven't given much information to go on.

Did this problem happen all of a sudden? Have you just purchased the machine?

Do you get any error messages?

What happens when you read in the test prints?

Have you checked the chemistery is good?

Have you fitted a new MLVA lamp?

Have you tried loading in the backup data?

Check the dichroic filters in the MLVA lamp house are good and move freely.

That centre print with the blue cast over what should be a white leading edge and trailing void tends to look like the filter wheel. It may not have sh*t itself and self destructed yet, but could be on the way out.(?)

Could be dust on the sensor, however the later replacement units were sealed.
