majortrouble Posted July 1, 2009 Report Posted July 1, 2009 I am getting an alarm message "B laser light source error" and has been adviced on this site to perform auto tuning as a temporary measure. Is it a simple procedure which I can just perform on my own or is it a very sensitive thing? Please advise!
kodak_service Posted July 1, 2009 Report Posted July 1, 2009 This function available only for QSS-30.. laser type A. For QSS-32-33 it execute automatically each power on.
LASEREPAIR Posted July 3, 2009 Report Posted July 3, 2009 On 32-33 machines Autotuning procedure executes by Pressing "Laser Reset" button in Service Menu (Maintenance/Output/Printer/Printing Engine - I might be a bit wrong, because I don't have minilab right now to check). This function is available in software version 7.02 and up (for QSS3300), I don't have any info about the previous versions.
