Sorter problems

I seem to have problems with one of the sensors on the sorter unit on my Noritsu 2901. Although i cleaned them all I still get an error msg. Can someone please tell me how do I switch off the sorter unit.

I asked my technician and he somehow explained me where is the plug to be detached but I let loose a screw in the lower part of the unit and a piece of the sorter came out. Please, let me know where exactly this power plug is as I am afraid I do nod take apart the unit.

On the top of he sorter unit there is a plastic cover that pops off. Under that cover is the power plug along with the two mounting bracket screws and the ground wire screw. If you want to take the unit off completely, remove the three screws after unplugging the power block, and simply lift the unit straight up off the lower mounting rod.
