Qss 3001 Paper advance error

I have a Qss 3001,I'm having a reocurring alarm saying' reverse unit left elevator operation error'.

we have changed sensors,wiring harness,STILL having that alarm.Anybody has any clue what else it vcan be??

Check the UPPER STOP POSITION for the arm left in the machine ,take out the reverse unit and check

Lots of changes have been made in the life of the QSS30. The reverse unit was pretty dire when first launched but after  more than a few mods it works very well.

Check the operation of the arms in output check, the arms should move smoothly without any grinding noises. As Frenchman says at the same time make sure the arms don't hit the top rollers. Adjust it till they do and then back off by about 1 mm.

The next thing to check is the receiving position height. It should be slightly lower than the exit to allow for the curl down of the paper. Of course both sides should be adjusted the same height. Check the pulley at the end of each of the toothed belts the bearings can go and the stepper motor can skip steps.

Lubricate all sliders and clean the rollers.

Ensure the reverse unit is pushed home and locked in position. They have a nasty habit of moving sideways in use and you can blow stepper drivers and motors if this happens in use.

your cable are defective.

if you remove your problem for some time .when errror displey open advance section cover and

move or shake the black colour wire near stepple motor. now your problem solve and then  where  was paper end .error disple again .for final solution chage this cabel. for further information  pl.contect  to me on my phone no +919879950660  on indian standard time
