chronic paper jam

Hi all,

I own a 3201 since 3 years. Inspite i cleaned the rollers (where message error indicated) with squezzed damp cloth according to the manual, i got frequent paper jam. One technician reccomends that there exist a chemical (Spray) that improve the roller surface after applying it. Unfortunately he forgot the make. May someone get an idea what is it?

If the rollers are inside the printer you should have no need of any chemical spray in fact Noritsu do not recommend any solvent as they can damage the rollers. Use warm water and if the surface has a hard glazed look the worst thing I would use would be a green pan cleaner. It should only be paper dust and emulsion so should clean of without any problem.
