qss3202 dark green prints in all sizes

suddenly all i am getting is dark green prints...process control strip and the result is fine...this green prints is true in all the  sizes of the prints...is there anyone who has experience this problem with 3203 pro

Yeah, need more infomation on the whole problem. Post some images and we can have a look at it.

there is no image at all except for the dark green color on the print.....all you get is a dark green sheet on the paper...not a trace of any image....

What 's paper do you use in your machine? and what's profil version are instaled in your QSS32 ?

Maybe you have not the good profil for your paper!!

i use kodak supra endura

OK Its green, Did it just go green? Any errors shown when you make the print

If you feed lead paper is this white? If you fog some paper from lead edge is it black?

Did you process a control strip?

What was daily setup like last time it was good? how long ago?

Do you have a backup of when it was last good

As the control strip reads ok, that eliminates any chemistry problems.

Try loading in a back up from when it was last good.

It could be a damaged LVDS cable from the control station to the printer section, has this been moved lately?

Run the self diagnostic check in service mode, to see if it shows up any problems.

Menu, extension, maintenance, self- diagnostic.
