Magenta
OK Its green, Did it just go green? Any errors shown when you make the print If you feed lead paper is this white? If you fog some paper from lead edge is it black? Did you process a control strip? What was daily setup like last time it was good? how long ago? Do you have a backup of when it was last good
Dave S
As the control strip reads ok, that eliminates any chemistry problems. Try loading in a back up from when it was last good. It could be a damaged LVDS cable from the control station to the printer section, has this been moved lately? Run the self diagnostic check in service mode, to see if it shows up any problems. Menu, extension, maintenance, self- diagnostic.
