problem in Noritsu v30, I see an error message as follows

circulation pump stopped

any idea

Hi toufik,

first clean your pump, control fuse it is under pump, if no change your pump.

Pumps are numbered P1 P2 P3 etc. CD has 2 pumps so P3 is bleach. If all pumps down check the lid closed micro switch.

If only one pump,  check the pump. Drain the chemical strip the pump head of the motor body. Inside you will have a "water Wheel" impeller. this should spin freely on the ceramic shaft. CD ones get a silver build up that fills the gap between the bearings with solid silver. Scrape it out with a screwdriver and try again. Also check the Impeller body has not cracked and swollen up as it rusts the inner iron core and jams in the pump. If so its a new pump.
