I have a dDP421 Noritsu printer. I keep getting an error message that says Right Cut Sensor Error. It is also cutting the paper in the B magazine wrong on the right side. I have cut the breaker on the machine off as stated to do in the manual but this doesn't help. What going on and how can I correct it?

It is beacuse the paper is not feeding corectly from paper magazine B. check if the Paper A and Paper B have equal length. or repalce paper B with Paper A. also check if paper is moving smoothly.

Everything checked out good on the paper magazines. My A magazine has 12" paper in it and the B magazine has 2 rolls of 6" paper in it. The paper in both magazines cuts wrong. It will cut correctly if you print only one picture at a time.

Still getting the error message Right Cutter Sensor error when this happens. Sometimes it may cut 12 to 15 pics correctly then it will start cutting everyone on the right side wrong.

If it is the cutter sensors being bad where are they located?
