2611 Cartoon Monitor

My 2611's monitor looks like a posterized cartoon.

I also have the problem on my 2211, so I'm sure it's a common problem.

I need any suggestions as to how to tackle this one.

Also, can anyone tell me why my 2611 asks for two paper magazines when I try to set up an 8x10 channel?

Can I clear this so I can run 8x10s with only one paper magazine?

I think this is an indication that the monitor is on the way out. The topic has come up here before, try doing a search.
