what is causing this fading? Help

hello everybody any one knows what is causing that fading on my prints.

i am attaching a sample

I thought it may have been an older machine, using a VFP unit.

You get this banding on all prints, not just setup?

i am geting that on all prints but on the setup print is more obvious that is why i scan that

i might be 100 percent wrong , but to my impression it is like a mechanical fault during processing , i would check if there is a paper blocked in the processor that is causing uneven dev ,only on the middle as both sides seem to be more or less similar density?

i check all the the solution tanks nothing. to me seems like something is blocking the exposure i might be wrong. but what do you mean mechanical fault?

my opinion , check chemical racks and if on the centre part of the racks is a piece of paper that is causing uneven dev or bleach , i.e. more pressure is caused on centre part of paper so it is less developed or bleach with regards to the edges, had such experience with a conventional processor, just check

This definitly looks like dust on the laser glass to me too.

It could be dust, but it really would have to be extremely dusty to cause this.

have you just cleaned the rinse tanks in the machine lately?  

If so clean your cross overs well and print off a few hundred prints.  It will clear out eventually.
