paper has jammed in the processor section

I own a qss-3000 and for the past two weeks i get this error mesage. I have cleaned the two sensors at the dryer section. i have check all the racks since i did the annual service couple of days ago all the racks are fine and the gears are fine.

are they any other sensors? or is it possible the machine to keep this error in it's memory?

If the dryer rack is the same as on the 3001 there should be 4 sensors (2 emitters and 2 receivers) there are 2 at the top, and 2 approx 5cm lower down.

Check that you have cleaned both the top and bottom sensors.

You should be able to check them in the input check mode, they should be showing light when there is no paper blocking them.
