3101 feeding only white prints

Hello, guys

I am having problem with 3101, which is feeding only white prints, No images. When I will do printing either from film or from

digital media the message popping up is initial setup not performed. I tried to do the initial setup but the machine is feeding only white prints. If any body has any comments please post here.
