CPU error 6909-0080

Hi, we are getting a CPU error # 6909-0080: CPU was reset, Abort the process, Imaging processing PCB.

The CPU does not actually reset, just the qss program restarts. The prints that we get are perfect, except for the ones that come out after the program resets, then they are partial prints. We have to manually open the order that it quit on and reprint.

We moved locations, but the machine worked fine for two days with no errors at all.

Fiber optics? reseat the image processing pcb? (How?).

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

check any loose connection on Image processing board and check RAM on PC. also check loose connection on ARCNET-PCI conversion board on the PC.

It will solve your problem.

Thanks Spectrumcolors...as soon as we power down again I'll check every connection and optic cable I can find.
