Image processor can go but fairly rare.

Thanks Mr Dave S,  we had problem of paper jam so we contacted certain Eng. He gave us some password & then asked some steps in software of 3001 through key board.So the paper jam problem was solved .But instead of two simultenous prints only one print is coming at a time. What i wanted to know is are the passwords set already in software? And how to get them

Arr I think I understand! Did you change the machine specification setting from 3001 to 3000?

If you did the prints will come out single track, as the 3000 is only a single track machine.

Or you could just use 6 inch paper which would come out single track. Or you could use 4 inch, tell it you are using 6 inch and reset the zoom.
