V30- Leader card problem

have V30 machine and whenever i load a film, the leader card gets stuck in the loading box and the buzzer goes off sayin machine ready for next film.

the display screen shows the leader card in a process mode already.

I tried cleaning the rollers and senser and everything but its the same thing.

can someone help to reclify this headache.

Check Leader sensor in "Input Check mode" also check if all function is working. Like sensors, micro switch etc.

It wil help to diagnose.

Check 1) the Vertical row of gears timing. There are marks on earh "D" and "O" holed gears and marks should align up to a straight line.  2) Check Developer rack entrance area, possibly the rubber ring on the Developer rack intake roller get swollen, stopping the film leader entering the developer rack, i.e. film leader get stuck, as described by you.  3) or the Develope jump due to tightness or worn out main drive gear ,  4) Broken tiny gears on the top of developer entrance area, are the developer rollers turning .... Bingo !!
