2711 (scanmaker 9600xl)

Hi everyone, i have a 2711 sm with the scanner (scanmaker 9600xl).  Something is wrong with my scanner, it mess up my daily calibration.  It causes rainbowly color to the print test after after a few times calibrates.  The print tests got worser after awhile.  Does it happen to any of you before, PLEASE HELP IF YOU KNOW THE PROBLEM.  However, I did tried to look on line for another 9600xl but no one is saling it recently, does anyone know if we can use another scanner to replace it that's reasonable price.. Please response ASAP!!! Thanks for you time..

Thanks kikskik, but like Dave said, http://cgi.ebay.de/MICROTEK-SC.....m?_trksid=p1638.m122 has only 9800xl, not what i needed.  IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE KNOW WHERE I CAN GET THE 9600XL MODEL AROUND $300-$500 USD WITH GOOD CONDITION????? Please help!!!!

  Where are you located?  I might be interested in your dead scanner for parts.  I might also have the part thats bad in your 9600 if you know what it is.

Thanks Tomb and Clik, but is fixed already.  It was one of the capaciter on the power supply board got busted.  so i change it, and it works fine now.  Thanks everyone!!!
