Need your HELP

Dave and some body please help me.

I'm faced a problem on QSS29 about the print out, see the attachement file below.

No error massage, the abnormal print occure on only 4R size (6 inch paper) and 12R size (12 inch paper) input from negative or media.

For 3R, 5R, 6R and 8R is normal, scan negative save to HD is normal.

Clean the MLVA HEAD and the integrator but still not good.

I do uniformity calibration (F - Extention - MLVA Head Cleanning - UNIFORMITY) is Good and completed.
