Noritsu Ezlab software troubleshooting

Anyone have experience using this?

Just recently, our CT-X and Lucidiom orders that come into Ezlab are not printing. You can edit the photos, but when you tell it to print, the status changes to 'Printing' and sits there. This was working yesterday morning, but something happened between then and this morning to stop it from printing.

Rebooted all machines, shares are still set up properly, as the order comes over just fine. PhotoCenter kiosks are able to print to Ezlab which then sends it to the 3101 via NetOrder mode. However, the CT-X kiosk and Lucidiom APM aren't working.

Any ideas?
