3001 synchronous error

Synchronous sensor error  Any ideas what this is?

6073 Synchronous Sensor error.

6074 B Laser control error.

6075 G Laser control error.

6076 Polygon Mirror control error.

6077 Interlock error.

Corrective action

1. Press the keyNO/STOP

The error message is canceled. (But it's not)

First thought was a blown fuse or a power supply failure.

However the 6077 interlock error is not listed in the manual, so I

I am 99,9% sure that is not Laser problem ...  don be afraid

Have you checked your process control? Bad chemistry can cause these arrors - when the set up can't read a good black.

Laser power supply (PS4) I038256  and laser I/O J390641

24V suppy and 36V supply is faulty. This power supply is below the advance unit under the black cover. You may find two similar power supplies. the Left one from the front is faulty. you can also check if the two fans behind these power supplies are working or not. If not than you have to replace this power supply.

So sorry, you have not heard from us before now, have been away but also unfortunately I do not know the results myself and I am still waiting for an answer (this machine is not located here in the UK i'm trying to help a colleague abroad who is not very confident with his English)  I'll send an email shortly and hopefully I will be able to return with an answer.
