jpwrangling1 Posted March 7, 2008 Report Posted March 7, 2008 Our 3011 started printing a white line on pics, top to bottom about 2 inches from the left edge, about 1/4 inch wide. The line is on pics from negatives as well as digital, but only on 8" paper. Anyone have any ideas what the cause may be? Thanks in advance for your input!
