DX Auto Adjustment Sensor 1 error

I keep getting an DX Sensor 1 Error message everytime i do the DX Auto Adjustment when using 135/APS carrier, the error number is 612-0005 and i have tried to clean the dx sensors in the carrier with alcohol, but it keeps coming back.

Any idea what might fix this?

A new carrier costs like 15000$ and is not a option, everything seems to work fine, but i guess DX Sensor 1 is not working as intended

Maybe the light of sensor is weak, so that cant connect,you also can try to check the sensor value, if more than 255, that mean the sensor is got problem, and you can do the sensor intensity adjustment. i think you local noritsu company can repair it, only change all sensor and roller, and can continue to use , no need to change full set.
