joanne Posted February 9, 2008 Report Posted February 9, 2008 When perform the daily setup qss-3501 will appear the "setup error" problem, but when perform the elmulsion number change was no problem. i try to do initial setup and recovery for window and adjust the roller at colorimeter , but no settle it. After change the new colotimeter unit the problem will solve but after few week the problem still appear again, who can help me to solve this problem......
Dave S Posted February 9, 2008 Report Posted February 9, 2008 Try cleaning the calibration plate with a soft cloth and some water. What is the full error number? Does the daily setup print look normal or not? Have you run a paper control strip to check the chemistry is ok?
