Noritsu QSS 1501 problem

Dear Techie's,

Happy New Year to you all

I have a QSS 1501 converted to digital with Labnet Plus kit. This kit replace the CPU board of QSS 1501 with custom CPU board. Rest all mechanical function remains same ( note all light and film related functions are removed)

Recently .. I notice that solution temperature of CD gets high every now and then.. then my findings shows that circulation pumps  stopping after some time .. it stays silent until I restart the whole machine.

I have a spare RELAY board of QSS 1501 .. replaced that ..no help .. no change in the behavior .. any suggestion what could be wrong ? What I can try ?
