Hard Line from Noritsu!

Take my word for it.  It is definitely upper management that is creating the problems with Noritsu, especially the customer service departments.  Havingin dealt with both the upper management in Japan and the upper management in California, I can emphatically say that Noritsu does not want to deal with people who have old machines.  Purchase everything new, keep it for awhile and get another one is what Noritsu wants you to do.  Part of the problem is that Noritsu does not make machines that last for years and years like they did at one time; so, it is a cost situation for them.  Noritsu was this way even before they became involved with Fuji.  I was dealing with them long before Fuji became involved and it took me 5 years to get it sorted out.
