the S.M v2.1 problem

With the new pack SM P1 2.1 (without CD-B part's )

Noritsu say with some model of machine we have alarm problem

the problem is identified with the alarm 6900 Main control error at the starting,if you cancel the alarm,the machine run normaly but you can find an other alarm " change pack P1 "

For cancel the alarm 6900=> you need the floppy disk password 2260

1)menu =>extention=>setup=>processor setup=>display total replinishment=>F fonction => change the pack capacity=>in the CD-B write 5999,9ml or 3999,9ml ( depending of the machine) yes registred 2 time and make a back-up floppy disk

Can't you just take the P1 pack off and put it back on again? You only have to do it every 10,000 prints.

Seems to me the new P1 is a big improvement, using a single part developer concentrate. Pity the SM system wasn't like that from the start!
