Pacman Posted November 9, 2007 Report Posted November 9, 2007 Hi folks, I'm using QSS 3101 E003 software on the family business machine. When I try to copy PackData.ini to the folder C:\NoritsuKoki\Qss..\data in order to print passpord portrait, I encounter an error message "1901 selected opsoinal function is not available if you need to use install it". Do you know what's the problem here? What do I miss while installing the program? Is there any solution for this? Thanks in advance...
Xerxes Posted November 16, 2007 Report Posted November 16, 2007 Sounds like you need to reinstall the Passport Creation software in order for the system to allow you to access the Passport function.
