QSS vs DDP

I'm debating between these two models.   I would like to know some differences between...

- Quality

- Cost per print

- Easy to use

- Maintenance

- Reliability

Sounds like there's not many DPP's out there? I think in theory they sound good (simpler, no chemistry, lower power consumption etc.) but they don't seem to have set the mini lab world on fire. I suppose at the end of the day you are getting the same sort of print that a cheap desktop printer could produce, just faster.
