Noritsu 3011

I'm hoping someone can help me with my problem.

I have a noritsu 3011 with kodak dls system running on it and normal qss software instaled. Both ran normally until now. When i scan a film on dls, the pictures turn cyan and they are impossible of adjusting. when i use the qss software the pictures are scanned correctly just needing small adjustments. i work mainly with dls software ( better workflow!!) and there was no problem with this equipment for the past 2 years. i've tried backup, light source update, ccd calibration, change lamp, light source in service mode and the problem still subsists. techcnical support recommended reinstall software. what do you think it is??

The fact everything works ok using the Noritsu software means there are no problems with the hardware side of things, which means the problem has to be related to the DLS software.

I think you’re only option is to re-install all the DLS software + any patches from scratch.

MAYBE TRY CHANGE THE LIGTH SUORCE IN THE DLS SOFWARE, I HAVE A SAME PROBLEM 3 MONTHS AGO BUT THE PROBLEM WAS THE LAMP, THE LAMP IS NOT ORIGINAL NORITSU MY SYSTEM IS NORITSU QSS
