V 30 Error Message

Hello to All,

   In the morning when V30 is switched and after processing few rolls ( 10 or so) ,error message no 7 :" Cutter Motor Error   ®" appears and not at able to process any more keeps appearing even if cleared as per the manual, Does the motor actually in error? how can i over come the error any solutions lots and lots of rolls to process ant immediate remedy so that i can process at least in the "Left" channel/Track,

Please help me before customers take me for a ride. :'( :'( :'(
