Noritsu QSS 2701 - MP1600

Dear Members!

After several general power failures in he same day, the prints are like in the attached pictures. I read the back up disk; I make all the MLVA setting and cleaning procedures, but no change. (A few prints were nearly OK, but then wrong again). Please, if anyone can, help me!

The problem is on the MP-1600 side.

Possibly the hard drive is corrupt/ has bad sectors on it.

I think it temporally writes the data to the hard drive before printing.

This would fit in with a sudden power failure, especially if the UPS unit is not functioning, which many are not now, due the UPS battery being worn out.
