This is common with most large format printers.  You will notice that the width is always 100% spot on, but the length will differ depending on the material you are using.  The Epson LFP are set up using 250gsm enhanced matte paper, so if you print on this the length will be exact.  printing on thinner / thicker material will result in shorter or longer prints.  It all depends on the feed rate through the rollers.  Best way is to make a small mark at the top of the page and another at 500mm and another at 1mt - then measure the difference on that material and compensate for it when setting print size.
