Has anyone noticed that on the TV lots of adverts for alsorts of products use PHOTOS (and I mean Photos in the printed form) as part of thier advertising. Many adverts start and I think its for photos!!!

Clearly these companies see photos as something thier customer can identify with.

Shame then that the big boys in our industry don't think the same.

Will start making a note of the ones that apply.

Forget the big boys. You can't rely on them for anything but to make money from you.

"Make it happen for you" would be my suggestion.

For me that means: as many kiosks as it takes for every customer to have a seat and do everything those kiosks are able to sell on your behalf. And don't give up your wetlab (use both wet & dry)! Same with film, large format and sublimation printing.
