noritsuvet
Can't sleep so decided to get up and do some business research This subject has been on my mind a while and wondered if anyone else has some ideas? Years back we had a very healthy account custom base. Of course in those days Surveyors, Estate Agents and most companies needed us to do their work. Now that's changed and our unvoiced business is next to nothing. Does anyone still have good account sales, what types of customer could we be missing and what type of work should we be offering to climb back into this sector? Harry Crank
I think there's still healthy B2B work for labs, but it's in quick printing of all descriptions: business cards, invitation cards, menus, flyers, photocopying, fax service, signage, point-of-sale etc. Plenty of account work to be had within a few miles of most labs door, if they want to tap into it, I think. -Harry. kioskguy
We have been marketing to all our old account customers and getting lots of scanning from them - both prints and slides. Sometimes you just have to remind them their accounts are still open to get them back in for cameras, etc
philspectrum
There is still good b2b work, but company (and personal) credit cards have changed the way we record such business transactions. We don't invoice and wait any more, we just get paid at the end if a project. Suits me fine. I never liked a debtor file! Phil
