photopeter
Hello Everyone, I'm new to the forum so thought I'd introduce myself. I've been a photo engineer for nearly 6 years now, supervising a photo lab in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. We use Noritsu machines, V30's, V50's, 2611's, 3001's and 3011's. I'm looking forward to offering advice on the machines I use and also looking to learn from you good people as well.
fujilab
Hi Peter, That sounds like an interesting selection of equipment. Is it all in one site - I'm guessing either a wholesale or pro-lab? Must have some big volumes if you are running multiple film processors. photopeter
Hi Fujilab Yes, all machines based at one site. I work for a Pharmacy chain and at present have 56 pharmacies across the south yorkshire area. Work load varies during the year, peaking in the summer where we can get anywhere between 100-200 films a day. Approx half of the pharmacies have stand alone touch screen kiosks with instant printers but also have the facility to transmit orders so I can print them at a cheaper cost to the customer.
