tpcrichard
I,m just about to start printing on tee shirts (cotton) and mouse pads we have 3 different type of printers in the shop A canon 6400 wide format pigment based, canon ICR 3580 photocopier, and also a epson R290 with sublimation ink set up. I have read many threads but i admit to being a bit confused as to what would be the best and what media is best to print on here in New Zealand trying to find the info is like trying to pull teeth. :-/ Thanks Richard
nash
for cotton i use transfer paper or subli-flock transfer paper is a very thin media and after a few washes cracks will on the image subli flock is a little bit thicker but it will last longer. the way it works is first you print with pigment dye on subli paper and then press. then you peel off backing and press onto t shirt. Poly/cotton is the best and longer lasting

philspectrum
You can use your sub setup, - but only on 100% poliester T's - if you use poly cotton, the & cotton will wash out first wash. Your other printers are not (to my knowledge) laser paper compatable
kioskguy
For mouse mats we no longer use sublimation. The result is much better with the instant products Adventa make. Here in the UK you can get them from Swains but I am sure you could order from overseas too.
