AJLA
Not sure who gave you the 50% ink increase - probably a dyesub supplier? But true, prices have gone up along with all other consumables including chemistry and RA4 paper! If u have or are thinking of buying this type of dry lab then it is best you buy ink from your Fuji supplier which is approx £119 rather than Noritsu at £156, for paper Noritsu is only £25.50/roll (6") as compared to Fuji @ £42 approx - nearly 40% saving! So, it seems best deal is to buy Fuji DL400 and use their inks because you can't use any other and use Noritsu paper!! Before you ask.... yes, you can you use Noritsu paper it just needs a new paper calibration which your Noritsu man will gladly do for you! Mark Amies
I think it would be a bit daft if a 'dye sub supplier' had mentioned this- it woul dbe a bit late if you had aleady purchased a Fuji/Noritsu. Of course prices have risen , several times in the course of the year, but I would have thought 50% a bit steep. Your best source of info on pricing is a Fuji distributor.
