geoff
we get people touting for business - we'll reduce your rates for you, no win no fee etc. Presumably there's money in this, and more money if you cut out the middle man. Anybody done it themselves ? I'm guessing once you know the formula it's probably not that difficult ?
tonto
Very important advice - DO NOT USE one of those companies, they have all sorts of sharp practise clauses in their contracts that tie you in to them for the next negotiation, normally at a higher fee. philspectrum
If you have a local commercial property estate agent they will offer this service, and it can save you a lot of money. They may charge a fee, or a % of savings. These agents like to get as much info about rents so they have 'comparables' when they present or represent in rent review cases, so offereing free/cheap rate reviews is an easy way for them to get a lot of rental data.
