donsopp
Don't know if anyone has had this happen but on the lab DKS that we have I made a CD from customer camera card and when I checked it under windows an extra folder had appeared. The folder had the name "dn" and within it two subfolders - one named "diane" and one named "diane neil finished album design" I didn't conciously put them there, just did the normal "author cd" but I remember a customer had a pendrive with wedding pictures so that may be related to what's happening. ON one CD the pictures seemed to have changed to disply in a square format and pixel dimensions reported as 2475 x 1857, horizontal resolution 20dpi and vertical resolution 15 dpi. This customer I know took their pictures on a fuji 5600 camera. This surely means the CD photos wont be great quality? By the way all the folders named above seem to have no contents or files. I have looked at the folders with windows displaying hidden and protected system files. At home nothing shows on antivirus/internet security scan
