Magenta
Most minilabs can be converted to run true black and white paper, the problems are the fix corrodes anything but the best stainless, Colour machine normally use stabilizer and you would get better results from water wash but Iv seen them work with stabilizer. You wont have full control of contrast grading though heavy cyan corrections have a good effect. Noritsu made a machine based on the 1001 and 1201 thet worked great

Colopt
Ilford has a digital B&w paper that can be used in converted digital labs: http://www.ilfordphoto.com/products/product.asp?n=64&t=Photographic+Papers+Digital You would need a lot of B&W work to justify converting a machine though.
