back printing

Can your mini lab not do the back printing?,

DKS 1500/system 88 has a backprinter built in using standard ink ribbons, similar to the  cash tills.

The ink is put on the back of the paper after exposure, but before the wet dev process,so the ink needs to be waterproof,

I thought most mini labs had something similar.

we can get a few sheets through both our canon clc3200, and better still our xerox dc12 - but don't tell their engineers ;)

we use 8 1/4 inch 210mm fuji pro paper with no backprint so can produce good x-mas cards etc

to be fair - it's a real faff, - and we usually stear clients to card laser prints double sided on the dc12 coz they are really good
