It all comes down to the printers own icc/icm profiles that each printer use. I would not muck around with the Noritsu's profile. I'd try to match the Canon to the Noritsu by editing a profile that gives you the closest starting matching result . Choose one profile to edit from the bank of supplied canned canon printer profiles. It is important to remember all of the variables created will depend on what inks, paper brand, type, surface you are using.

If you Photoshop savvy, there is a handy plug-in from colorvision called DoctorPro. http://www.colourtools.co.uk/doctor-pro.htm

I have matched a credit card printer (for fridge magnets) a Wide format epson 7800, all to my Fuji frontier using one of these. http://www.xrite.com/product_overview.aspx?ID=834

Then fine tuning the each of required printer profiles via Photoshop w/ DoctorPro.

Providing you maintain your choice of profiled medias, you should be right.
