film scanners

Recommended Posts

Well, here we go.

I'm fedup with turning people away who want their film on cd .

I'm fedup with waiting (for what seems like forever) for my Nikon, Minolta and Epson scanners to initialise and warm up, and then take forever to do the job.

I need a scanner that will scan whole rolls and cut negs, 135 and 120. efficiently.quickly. accurately.

I know Pakon and Durst make them , who else is in the market making 'stand alone' scanners (our minilab is analogue) and whaich do you think is the best value for money ?

The scanner will be integrated into a full digital system at a later date, when we have the trade, so need something highly compatable.

so can anyone help this dazed and confused photofinisher ?
