Blue Lines On Prints

Hi

I’m having a problem with my nortsu 2901.

I’m getting blue lines coming out on prints. They are always in the same spot.

Iv tried Head Cleaning and uniformity calibrator/ Balance but makes no difference.

I have attached a photo for people to look at.

If anyone has any suggestion it would be much appreciated.

Thanks Matthew

Hi thanks for the help but looked into the cross over they arearpost-8476-0-31439600-1351223749_thumb.jpg in good condition.

I also moved the stabilizer crossovers down the cross over position 2 and 1 and marks still appear.

Have included a close up of the line so you can see the makeup of the lines

Any more suggestion would be appreciated.

Thanks

The close-up helps. Seems like uniformity issues.

I would guess that you need to do (in service mode) :

Calibrator Gain Adjustment, then

Load Voltage Adjustment, then

the Uniformity Calibration step 2,3 & 4.

If you need the javascript tool for the daily service mode password, look at this thread (response #9 by Photocorp):

There's no Floppy, but there's a neat little javascript file that you can run on any computer, and it will let you know what the daily service mode password is.

Click <F> then click <MENU>

then hit (on the keyboard) <F> & <-1> at the same time and it'll ask you for the password.
