hello sir can any one help me.

i have frontier 370.

6" & 8" paper struck in distribution section before paper ending(4 r 5 meters).

then message come undefined error.

unit id:1410728192(decimal).

any one know please help me.

i have 350 machine its alwasy paper jaming in a section 5,I dont know why,some times prints coming a without a problem,sometimes paper jaming

Please check this:

a) Check the rubber of the bearings Nips on section 5. Sometimes the heat deforms it.

If the paper came out bend when is finishing the roll paper. In this case, tie the paper into the magazine at the darkroom to end the paper roll.
