voice77 Posted May 13, 2014 Report Posted May 13, 2014 Hallo, my problem is that every now and then during printing an order printer stops without any error message. After open end close the door, printing can be resumed. I have checked firewire cards and reinstaled A1 software ( ver.1.8-OE-16) - did not help. If anyone had a similar problem ?
